I don’t expect to get many comments on this post but by its very nature the work I do has a negative side.
I have been working with/on computers since 1985 and have had lots of hard learning experiences. That is why I decided to create this page primarily to give both experienced and new computer users a little help and proactive tips that may save them being frustrated and driven crazy. Most of the people I deal with are extremely stressed having difficult or very frustrating problems with their equipment. So I just want you to know that as problems show up I will post here warnings and tips to help prevent problems appearing in the first place….Have you backed up your data recently?
